The Olympic offices are formally closing at 5.00pm on Wednesday 23 December and will re-open on Monday 11 January 2021.
During this time, we will only have a skeleton team available to assist with urgent Support Cases (P1 and P2 Priority Levels). Our support queue and support mailbox will be checked daily during normal business hours and P1 and P2 calls will be addressed. All other routine and or training requests will be scheduled for attention on our return.
Please remember that if you require support please email: email@example.com or phone our support line 0800 938 226. DO NOT email our Consultants or Account Managers directly. If these consultants are away we have no visibility of their email inboxes and will not be able to redirect your case. This applies year round.
Please contact the Support Desk should your business require additional support during this period, as soon as your requirements can be finalised.
